Emergencies

Usal Cosmetic Surgery Center is on-call for any emegerncies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please call us and Dr. Usal will be contacted immediately.

Cancellations

If for at any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you kindly give us at least 48 hours notice in advance.

Insurance

Our surgeons participate with a select list of insurance carriers, including Medicare of New York and New Jersey. If we're not in your insurance plan, we work to obtain the necessary approval for your intended surgery. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company; our office staff will assist you in determining eligibility.

Patients are ultimately responsible for deductibles, co-payments and any balance not paid by insurance. You also have the option of paying office and surgical fees in advance and then receiving the reimbursement check directly from the insurance company.

Payment

Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, MasterCard check cards, Visa check cards and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
